Unit 13 – Sexual health, reproduction and early development stages
As part of the Year 13s current piece of coursework on sexual health, reproduction and early development stages, we were lucky enough to have Amy visit us to deliver specialist insight into the field of midwifery. Amy talked all about the stages of labour, methods of delivery and pain relief.
This was a hugely beneficial session for our students, and they have shown great application in their coursework so far.
There are lots more opportunities for trips and guest speakers on our course, to inspire you and allow you to understand more about the different fields within health and social care. We hope you will join us too for these opportunities and more!
